I found the hotel staff very attentive. The room was super clean and cozy. The surprise cake and a bottle in my room for my birthday was a really thoughtful touch. I appreciate the dishes I tried from their menu. It was really good.
I wasn't informed that the parking garage costed 20€ a night.

i found friendly staff all around the hotel. breakfast included many choices and fresh options. the location also helped a lot, giving easy access to important places in the city. i was really happy to have this accessibility.
the shower arrangement lacked privacy, this was unexpected. the sink was also inside the main room, a design choice , made things awkward. there was no obvious spot to hang wet towels, so it was pretty inconvenient.

The hotel room featured automatic lights and curtains (a modern touch!). Doors were very strong, providing silent rooms. Breakfast included fresh fruit. The lobby had a stylish design.
I found the paid parking quite small and narrow. Maneuvering even a medium-sized car was a challenge.

Staff members were nice. The breakfast staff member (wearing a green shirt, i remember!) showed really good kindness. He helped with an early flight. He always welcomed us each morning (a nice touch).
